The Steve Harvey Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation and is exempt from federal tax under the section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. The Steve Harvey Foundation's accomplishments are made possible by the generous support of the corporations, foundations, and above all individuals.

Grant Eligibility:

Accredited elementary, middle and high schools throughout the United States (preference given to schools in the
Steve Harvey Morning Show Listening Markets) 501 (c) (3) community based organizations

Funding Areas:

* Reading Programs
* Technology Programs
* School Facility upgrades

What we DO NOT fund:

* Event sponsorship
* Grants for adults
* Grants for personal needs
* Grants for business assistance

If your submission falls within our general areas of interest and budget parameters you will be contacted via telephone or email to discuss your program further as well as the next steps to move forward. As our funds are limited in relation to the large number of worthwhile inquires we receive, less than 1 percent of the inquiries made to the Steve Harvey Foundation result in a Grant.

Activities supported by Steve Harvey Foundation grants and program-related investments must be charitable or educational, as defined under the appropriate provisions of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations.
